Started the Pate diet today! I feel full already!
Can I use virgin coconut oil or does it have to be extra virgin. Doesn’t vinegar create yeast or activate Candida ? Can I get a couple dessert receipies you love?
Thanks for a great book! I’m putting lots of my friends in it, so I’ll need to buy some books.
How do I order some and ship them out?
    Go girl on your success!!!

Hi Dawn. thank you 4 the reply. So glad you started! Well it must be EXTRA virgin to assure you get all the live enzymes & 1st pressed. the coconut oil is ANTI fungal & ANTI Bacterial so to counter act any yeast. will email you. Will give you details on my books as well. 🙂

Hi, I enjoyed meeting you in Mt. Dora, you did good talking about everything you knew in the hour you spent. I bought the hemp seeds , I don’t need to lose weight. I think I have candida, I need to know what will help to completely get rid of it. Can I have bread made with wheat and yeast? If I use the raw vinegar
does the candida like a acid enviroment? If I can use the vinager how much and how many times a day do I use it? Blessings to you.

      Hello Liz,

Thank you for attending seminar to allow me to enlighten your eating. If you have candida, then I would stay away from breads with yeast. I have some reipes. Also, the ACV will not cause candida overgrowth if you consume coconut oil with it as I discuss in my book. As the coconut oil is ANTI-fungal and ANTI-bacterial to offset any infection of candida. Been drinking this for 5 years now and have been candida FREE for that long, used to have problem with it.
