Dr. Ramah Wagner and Lynnette Pate have teamed together to bring you the 1st in Central Florida….A GREEN ORGANIC Weight Loss Challenge! Based on the protocol of Lose Weight…the Pate Weigh, we are bringing a weight loss challenge that will forever change your life.  This challenge is different in that there are NO miracle pills, potions or lotions to cure your weight problems.  This is a tried and tested REAL wholesome food regimen that will get you jump started to a HEALTHY, HAPPIER more BEAUTIFUL YOU!  Not only will this challenge help to lose pounds, but will also see how much HEALTH you can GAIN.  So in essence…this will be the Biggest Gainer contest! 

Each contestant will be showered with wonderful FREE products to get them started on their way to a Healthy, Happy, Glowing and Thinner person!. Everyone will be a winner as each contestant will have amazing health improvements and weight loss along with glowing skin; if they follow the advice of Lynnette Pate.

These contestants were chosen based on an inspiring story they had to submit to Heart Beat Radio.  We had many submissions to choose from.  It was a hard decision, but we chose the most compelling stories.  These contestants have tried it “all” from pills to Jenny Craig &  Weight Watchers to Slim “Slow” diets.  So they know what the effects of those products are.  Now they are READY for a CHANGE!  

If you were not chosen this time, you may still be able to join our next contest if you still have the desire.  So stay tuned for Going Green Challenge 2, 3 & 4! 

This is a one-of-a-kind challenge!  This is NOT a hard challenge to follow at all.  The routine includes REAL wholesome foods to add to your diets everyday to turn you in to fat BURNING instead of fat storing! 

We required each contestant to sign a basic waiver as well as commit to the protocol and obey the rules of the challenge. 

The rules are as follows: 

  • Follow the protocol in the book: Lose Weight…the Pate Weigh
  • Follow advice and recommendations from Lynnette Pate
  • Keep scheduled appointments with Dr. Ramah Wagner & Lynnette Pate
  • Do NOT follow any other diet, routine or advice from any outside sources that are not mentioned in protocol or mentioned or referred by Lynnette Pate
  • Do NOT take any diet or weight loss pills, shakes, shots or formulas.
  • Do NOT take any “ENERGY” drinks that are not recommended in protocol.
  • Exercise under the advice of Lynette Pate and Fitness Coach:  Kristen

Brad Shoenfeld, Author of Workout Bible for Women so kindly donated his Best Selling book to each Contestant in which Personal Trainer, Kristen will incorporate into her work our trainings w/contestants.  Kristen is a personal trainer for Omni Fitness of Furitland Park.  She has donated personal training for each contrestant 1 on 1 for 3 months to give them the ultimate advantage.

The ladies lived through their first day of training with Kristen at Omni Fitness!  What a wonderful workout Kristen gave the contestants without torturing them.  As you can see, there are so many exercises one can incorporate into their home routines.  There are various things you can do without buying expensive equipment.   Keep watching for updates.

Meet our “Spotlight” Contestant…Dean.

Dean is a wonderful individual whom is currently being sponsored by Jordan Rubin; Founder of Garden of Life. Dean was weighing in at a whopping 671 lbs. in  November of 2009.  Then Jordan Rubin & Garden of Life came to help him.  Yay!

Now Lynnette Pate and her protocol have teamed with Garden of Life to better help Dean get his LIFE BACK!

 Yay!  As of May 5, 2010 Dean is now down to 581.4 lbs.  this is so awesome consideriing Dean has had to be put on bed rest for weeks at a time during these past few months.  Dean is keeing up a great change.  He is losing weight the slow and HEALTHY way.

    Hey Lynette,
    Great first day! The protocol was so simple and easy to follow! I have not been hungry much at all today, but I did have temptations for some of the unhealthy processed foods that I was used to eating, however I just pressed pause for a moment and asked myself why I wanted that! It worked so far! Yippee!

    I shared with my middle school students what I was doing and showed them the website. They expressed lots of interest in eating healthier. They all promised to pray for all of us and be a cheerleader for me. One of my 7th graders prayed the sweetest prayer and lifted you up that you would reach all people who needed to hear this and change their lives and prayed that your plan would be heard in the White House.

    Edwich, Gidget, Denise, Shari, & Lynn, how was your first day! I hope it was a good one! I have a great feeling that we are going to have some GREAT FUN these next three months all while we become healthier! I am so pumped! I am looking forward to the new friendships! Wishing you all the best!

    Hi Lynette,

    I am having a wonderful experience! After meeting with you and going over exactly what I eat and how to make better choices I realized how easy this is. You are personalizing it for each of us so it fits. You know more about nutrition than any doctor I know! Other plans always seemed like a temporary way to eat. This is just simple changes to detoxify and get healthy. I feel better, I have energy and I am really enjoying what I eat. I hope all of you ladies are enjoying this! I look forward to Wednesday to hearing about your first week. I know we can do this together!!

Today I have been folllowing your advice on my eating and I think I did very well .Can’t wait to start seeing the results .I feel as if this is going to work this time for me. I’m gaining so much knowledge and I have met some great people. I’ll see everyone at the next meeting. Denise

    Hi Lynnette! When we started this plan, my blood pressure was 150/100 on average. I have been struggling with this for about a year now although my blood pressure was always very low. Well, I just took it and it’s 137/82! That’s the lowest it has been. THANK YOU!!

    My kids brought be breakfast in bed today. Do you know what it was? It was 2 of the staple foods! I feel so much healthier I can’t wait to see what happens.

    (Oh by the way, I went to 2 different doctors about the blood pressure)

    Hi Lynette, just wanted to let you that this protocol IS DA BEST. 1/20/2010 will be week 3 and I feel awesome. I have lost 4lbs since the protocol and losing more. With the exercise techniques that Kris from Omni Fitness of Fruitland Park Leesburg, has showed are easy too. Taking the items of protocol have become 2nd nature. If I don’t take them I don’t feel right. Thanks so much to all who have contributed to this protocol. Without this I don’t know if I was going to ever fit in my wedding dress 🙂

    Well, end of the 2nd week and I must say that I am feeling WONDERFUL! The protocol foods are very easy to take and I feel terrible if I don’t get them in early in the day! I have never felt this amazing during my other attempts at weight loss and have never stuck to a protocol this long! It can only be attributed to YOUR protocol! Thank you!! Work-out today was very energizing! Thank you Kristen! Now on to Week 3!!! I can’t wait to see the results next week as more pounds bite the dust!
    P.S. My husband and my son are coming around and eating healthier too!!!

    Wow I feel it in my pants. I had these pants on about 2 weeks ago an today the feel soooo lose on me. Lynnette you are great. I feel soooo GOOOOOD full energy and ready to go. I hope the rest of you guys are feeling as GOOD as I am…. YAY TEAM WE CAN DO IT. xoxoxoxoxxo 🙂
